Please bring your presentation on a USB memory stick. The length of oral presentation is 10 minutes, plus 5 minutes for discussion, unless informed otherwise in the acceptance letter.
Please introduce yourself to the session chair in good time before the session start. Please also upload your presentation at the latest during the last break before your session.
The final congress schedule and room information will be marked in the program book and on the congress website www.scr2018.fi.
All posters are displayed during the whole congress, September 6–8. The maximum size of a poster is A0, 1189 mm x 841 mm. All posters should be in upright (vertical) format. The organizer provides poster walls and pins. All presenters are asked to print and attach their posters themselves. The posters will be displayed according to the numbering presented on the congress website and in the abstract book.
Please be available for questions and discussion during the poster sessions notified in the program. The final schedule and room information will be marked in the congress program book and on the congress website www.scr2018.fi.
Poster session 1 for posters PP01–41 will be held on Thursday during lunch at 11.45–12.30 and Poster session 2 for posters PP42–74 on Friday during lunch break at 12.30–13.30.

The number of attendants of each poster tour will be limited to 12. Please register for the tours at the registration desk. Guided poster tours 1 and 2 will take place on Thursday, 6 September during the afternoon coffee break at 14.00–14.30. Guided poster tours 3 and 4 will take place on Friday, 7 September at 15.00–15.30.

How to Submit an Abstract
All abstracts must be submitted electronically. Please click here to submit an abstract.
Acknowledgment of your submission will be sent via e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, your abstract has not been submitted. Please check the email address that you entered into the online system.
Online Submission Procedures
Read and follow the submission procedures, which will be available at each step of the online process.
Abstracts should be 2245 characters or less for the text of your abstract submission (abstract body, and all spaces will be counted).Titles, authors, affiliations, and references will not count in the 2245 character limit.
Titles should be brief, clearly indicating the nature of the presentation. When entering the abstract title online, only the first letter with capitals (do not use all caps), and do not put a period at the end of the title. Example: This is a properly formatted abstract title
The web submission system will automatically produce your abstract in Word format ready for publication in the supplement to the Scandinavian Journal of Rheumatology. You may copy and paste your abstract, without formatting into the space provided at the website.
Organize content as follows: Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion
Up to three references are permitted. List all authors when six or less; when seven or more, list only the first six and add et al. Journal titles are abbreviated in accordance with the style in Index Medicus.
Tables and Graphics
One table and one graph/image can be included.
Graph/image quality: Min. 300 dpi. Allowed file type: gif, jpg, Tiff, and PowerPoint. Complex images are not recommended as they may be difficult for the reader to discern.
Use standard abbreviations. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the first time the full word appears. Do not abbreviate compounds in the title of the abstract. Use numerals to indicate numbers, except when beginning sentences.
Draft mode will be available until the deadline date so authors may edit abstracts until then. If you change your mind about your abstract after you submit it, you may either edit the abstract by putting it in draft mode or you may withdraw the original abstract and submit a new one.
If you edit an abstract in Draft mode, you must resubmit it when you are finished or it will not be reviewed. Abstracts left in draft mode are not submitted.
After the Program is finalized, the abstracts will be available on the Conference website www.scr2018.fi in a fully searchable format.
